2026 September Update

• Tender Hearts (TH) - In partnership with TH we provided Year to Date 273 meals for TH's "Shut in" Clients.

• TH Food Pantry - Our targeted food and goods program continues to support TH's efforts to help those in need and the maternity house.

• TH "Corner of our fields:" members of Adnah have been giving to TH in support of this program. Remember that Gift Cards are available for our parishioners to give out to those in need; they are kept in the church office, take some and hand them out!

• PATH - Adnah Parishioners continue to give needed supplies with great generosity, thank you

• Operation Christmas Child (OCC) - Adnah parishioners have shown even more generosity with gifts being given for the upcoming "Packing Party"

• “Drive-Through Prayer” - Tuesday, Sept. 15, 7am-1pm, Family Life Center. Those driving by invited to stop for prayer.

FUTURE HAPPENINGS WITH OUTREACH:

◊ Weekly/Monthly - Tender Hearts and PATH donations continue.

◊ OCC - October Packing Party and volunteering at the OCC Shoebox Processing Center in December.      If you would like to help, please contact Donna Taylor, 301-751-0364.
◊ Bethel Shelters - Providing a meal at the men's shelter on October 3rd.
◊ 1st Responders - Volunteers will be needed to support serving food for the Sheriff's Department in     November for their training class. Contact Ron Skidmore if you like to help.
◊ Destiny's Calling - Still planning on supporting their efforts to provide for the Safe Home for

   trafficked survivors.

    to stop for prayer.
